Not only does Marcelo take extreme pride in his work as a Master Rigger, he cares greatly about his clients on a personal level as well, keeping up with them, and getting to know them, that helps develop a great bond of trust that ALL relationships, whether business or friendship, could stand to take an example from.  Marcelo is an extremely dedicated person, not only to his family, but to his job, clients, and his friends.  He takes the time to talk with you, discuss your needs, and gives input that he feels may be greatly beneficial.  Having had a few " Reserve " rides, I can honestly say, its a reassuring feeling to know that Marcelo is my Rigger !!!
